• All Tops - Must be our Official PADA Logo Uniform & students must wear one of the following: Crop Top, Vest, T-Shirt or Leotard.
  

• All Bottoms - Can be either our Official PADA Logo Uniform or students own shorts or leggings but must be Plain Black (No patterns or other colours & must not have branded logos).
  Bottoms are optional if wearing a leotard. If wearing bottoms with a leotard, bottoms must be on top of the leotard.

• Underwear - Underwear of any kind must not be visible when wearing our uniform.

• All students need to come to class in trainers as they may be needed in class.

Not Allowed at PADA

For Safety Reasons

• Jewellery of any kind is strictly prohibited (This includes but not limited to; Earrings, Bracelets, Rings, Anklets, Necklaces, Watches, Wristbands or Any Kind of Body Piercing Jewellery).
  
• Long Nails or False Nails/Acrylic Nails of any kind is also strictly prohibited.
  
• Wearing Watches, Smart Watches or Fitbits.
  
• Baggy Clothing for classes.
  
• Hoodies or Onesies cannot be worn for classes.
  
• Sliders, Flip Flops, Heelies, Crocs or non sensible footwear are prohibited.
  
• Students mobile phones must be placed in the PADA Phone Box while at PADA and must not be used while at PADA.
  PADA is a Phone Free Zone for students.
  
• No Make Up to be worn at PADA. Make up should only be used for performances. Face Paint is prohibited for classes unless required part of a costume for rehearsals.
• Pen Markings on the skin is not allowed.
  
• No toys or teddies to be bought to any class, unless it is a prop for a dance (Stage Team).
  
• All students must not enter PADA without a PADA Staff Member Present.
  
• No entry to PADA after 10 minutes late for a class. An agreement may be possible to enter late depending on circumstance & class, advance notice only. This does not guarantee late entry.
• Students under 13 years old must not enter or walk in the car park without their responsible adult (aged 18+) beside them. The responsible adult must drop off & collect the students to/from the entry door. Do not leave students unattended and the responsible adult must hand over the student to PADA Staff.
  

Hair

Compulsory

All long hair must be tied back & secure in a Low Bun for all classes, this goes to all genders.

All hair should not cover eyes or any part of the face at any time, use grips or clips to secure hair.



Reminders For Students

• Must take part in the Full Body Warm Up for every class.
• Bring a Full Bottle of Water to all classes.
• Bring 2 Yoga Blocks to all classes.
• Bring Massage Balls (optional).
• Bring Hand Balancing Canes if got a set if in the Hand Balancing Class + Stage Team.
• All classes must be taken in Bare Feet unless specified otherwise.
• Jazz Shoes or Foot Thongs are optional for Monday Dance Class or may be required for Stage Team & Friday Group.
• Homework Folder with their homework sheet & stamp chart at their first class of each month.
• To read PADA Student Expectations before arriving at PADA.
• Girls Sanitary Products are available at PADA located in the main toilet in the black bag with PADA logo on. The toilet at PADA is gender neutral.
• When at PADA all students must be together in one group in the middle of the room when on a break or waiting for the teacher, we do not accept smaller 'clicky!' groups or leaving anyone out the group. We are one big team at PADA.
• Students must work with anyone & everyone at PADA and Respect Everyone.
• Students need to arrive on-time for all classes.
